Really a nice hotel, clean and tidy.
Excellent staff, friendly and helpful providing great service throughout the stay. Everything really clean and tidy.
The dining area is not very appealing even if it is always clean and tidy. The lights are too bright and you get a feeling you are in a school cafeteria rather than in a cozy hotel. The food was ok, not much variety and could have been so much better with little effort.

Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with guaranteed sunshine.
Staying in the Adult-only rooms - quiet, spacious - gorgeous light-filled, curved mosaic walled shower. Private patio area. Half board - good variety and plenty of choice for evening meals. Warm and friendly staff. Sensible bar prices. Clean, quiet hotel. No smoking around the pool.
Not a problem for us as we’d hired a car, but it’s a 13 minutes walk to the nearest volcanic beach and a 20 minute drive to the sandy beaches further south such as Jandía.

Attitide and service from the staff gives a feel of warm comfort.
Food was not always fullfilling the expectations. But overall judgement is still good.
